Working with Vulnerable Groups

At the end of this module, you will be able:

• Identify vulnerable groups
• Get in contact with them and inform them of the services that you offer
• Understand how to get to know vulnerable groups and communicate and interact with them
• Adapt how you reach out to and interact with vulnerable groups according to specific circumstances (for example, situations where you can not meet in person for whatever reason)
